PT-141 / Bremelanotide (10 mg Vial)
Dosing & reconstitution protocol
Quick Reference
Overview
PT-141 acts centrally via melanocortin receptors (MC3R/MC4R). Inject 45–60 minutes before desired effect. Not for daily use. Begin at 500 mcg to assess tolerance (nausea is common at higher doses). The 10 mg vial provides approximately 6–20 doses.
