Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
• Alberta / BC / Maritimes: 2–5 business days
• Rural and northern addresses: up to 7 business days

Discreet packaging

Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no external references to peptides or research products. Cold-chain items ship with insulated packaging and ice packs when required by product storage guidelines.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is scanned by the carrier. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact support.

Lost, damaged, or undeliverable

If your package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email support within 48 hours. We'll replace or refund at our discretion. We do not refund packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

International orders

We currently ship within Canada only. International customs regulations for research peptides vary widely and shipments are frequently seized; we do not cross the border.
