Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for typical transit durations of 1–5 days. However, all JA Performance orders ship with cold-chain packaging as standard — insulated mailers with ice packs ensure temperature integrity even in warmer months or longer transit times to remote addresses.

Lost, Damaged, or Undeliverable Orders
If your package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email support within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund at our discretion. Packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout are not eligible for refund — please double-check your address before placing an order.
