Overview

NAD+ bypasses hepatic first-pass metabolism for direct cellular delivery. At 50 mg/mL, 1 unit = 0.5 mg. Reconstituted NAD+ is relatively unstable — use within 2 weeks. Some researchers report mild flushing at higher doses.
