Overview
Mazdutide is a dual GLP-1/GCGR co-agonist. This protocol uses 2.0 mL reconstitution for 5 mg/mL. Doses above 1.0 mL require a 3 mL syringe. Escalation every 4 weeks.

Reconstitution Instructions
1.
Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
2.
Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming.
3.
Gently swirl/roll until dissolved (do not shake).
4.
Label and refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F), protected from light. Use within 28 days.
