Overview
KLOW is a four-peptide blend administered subcutaneously once daily. This protocol uses a 3 mL reconstitution for a total blend concentration of 26.7 mg/mL. Each 0.1 mL injection delivers proportional amounts of all four components: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV.

Reconstitution Instructions
Allow vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature (15–30 minutes).
Wipe each rubber stopper with an alcohol swab; allow to air dry.
Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
Slowly inject water along the inside wall of the vial — never spray directly onto the powder.
Gently swirl or roll the vial between palms — never shake.
Allow to dissolve completely (2–3 minutes); solution may have a faint blue tint from GHK-Cu.

Dosing Protocol
Standard Research Dose
0.1 mL once daily subcutaneous injection. Draw to 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. Each dose delivers approximately: GHK-Cu 1.67 mg, BPC-157 333 mcg, TB-500 333 mcg, KPV 333 mcg.
Elevated Research Dose
0.2 mL once daily subcutaneous injection. Draw to 20 units. Delivers double the standard dose of each component.
Cycle Structure
Run for 8–12 weeks continuously. Follow with a 2–4 week break before repeating.
Storage & Handling
- ✓Unreconstituted: store at −20 °C for maximum shelf life.
- ✓Reconstituted: refrigerate at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days.
- ✓Faint blue tint after reconstitution is normal (from GHK-Cu component).
- ✓Protect from light — store in original packaging or wrapped in foil.
- ✓Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
