Overview
Kisspeptin-10 activates KISS1R to trigger pulsatile GnRH release for HPG axis research. Very small injection volumes at standard dosing — use 30-unit or 50-unit insulin syringes for accuracy.
Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
| Phase | Daily Dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 | 100 mcg | 2 units | 0.02 mL |
| Weeks 3–8 | 200–300 mcg | 4–6 units | 0.04–0.06 mL |
Reconstitution Instructions

Supplies Needed
- ✓Peptide Vials (Kisspeptin-10, 10 mg): 1 vial
- ✓Insulin Syringes (30-unit or 50-unit): 56–84 syringes
- ✓Bacteriostatic Water (10 mL): 1 bottle
- ✓Alcohol Swabs: 112–168 swabs
Dosing Protocol
Schedule
Pulsatile: 2–3× daily or every other day to preserve receptor sensitivity.
Cycle Structure
4–8 weeks.
Timing
Use 30-unit or 50-unit insulin syringes for accuracy at these small volumes.
Storage & Handling
- ✓Lyophilized: Store at −20 °C (−4 °F) in dry, dark conditions; minimize moisture exposure.
- ✓Reconstituted: Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F); avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
- ✓Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to reduce condensation uptake.
- ✓Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
- ✓Discard if solution becomes cloudy or contains visible particles.
Important Notes
- ✓All products sold by JA Performance Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic application. Not for human use.
- ✓Use new sterile insulin syringes for each injection; dispose in a sharps container.
- ✓Rotate injection sites (abdomen, thighs, upper arms) to reduce local irritation.
- ✓Inject slowly; wait a few seconds before withdrawing the needle.
- ✓Document daily dose and site rotation to maintain consistency.
