IGF-1 LR3 (100 mcg Vial)
Dosing & reconstitution protocol
Quick Reference
Overview
IGF-1 LR3 has a 20–30 hour half-life due to reduced IGFBP binding. At 100 mcg/mL, 1 unit = 1 mcg. Keep a fast-acting carbohydrate on hand — it can lower blood glucose. Never exceed 50–60 mcg/day.
Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
| Phase | Daily Dose | Units | Volume |

| Weeks 1–2 | 20 mcg | 20 units | 0.20 mL |
| Weeks 3–4 | 30–40 mcg | 30–40 units | 0.30–0.40 mL |
| Weeks 5–8 | 40–50 mcg | 40–50 units | 0.40–0.50 mL |

Dosing Protocol
Schedule
Once daily subcutaneously. Keep fast-acting carbohydrate on hand (can lower blood glucose).

Storage & Handling
- ✓Lyophilized: Store at −20 °C (−4 °F) in dry, dark conditions; minimize moisture exposure.
- ✓Reconstituted: Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F); avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
- ✓Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to reduce condensation uptake.
- ✓Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
- ✓Discard if solution becomes cloudy or contains visible particles.
