HGH 191AA (10 IU Vial)
Dosing & reconstitution protocol
Quick Reference
Overview
HGH 191AA is recombinant somatropin dosed in IU. At 10 IU/mL, 1 unit on a U-100 syringe = 0.1 IU. HGH is extremely sensitive to heat and agitation. Never freeze reconstituted solution.
Dosing & Reconstitution Guide
| Phase | Daily Dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–4 | 2 IU | 20 units | 0.20 mL |
| Weeks 5–12 | 3 IU | 30 units | 0.30 mL |
| Weeks 12+ | 4 IU | 40 units | 0.40 mL |
Reconstitution Instructions
Draw 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
Inject slowly down the vial wall — HGH is fragile; avoid agitation.
Gently swirl/roll. Do not shake.
Label and refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Use within 3–5 days of reconstitution.

Supplies Needed
- ✓Peptide Vials (HGH 191AA): Varies by dose (24–36 IU/week at 3–4 IU/day)
- ✓Insulin Syringes (U-100): 60–84 syringes
- ✓Bacteriostatic Water (10 mL): 1+ bottles
- ✓Alcohol Swabs: 120–168 swabs
Dosing Protocol
Schedule
Inject in the morning on an empty stomach (body composition focus) or before bed (recovery/anti-aging focus).
Cycle Structure
12–24 weeks. Longer cycles common in research contexts. Monitor glucose — GH is insulin-antagonistic at higher doses.
Timing
Morning (fasted) or before bed. 5 days on / 2 days off is a common schedule.
Storage & Handling
- ✓Lyophilized: Store at −20 °C in dry, dark conditions.
- ✓Reconstituted: Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Use within 3–5 days.
- ✓Never freeze reconstituted solution.
- ✓Extremely sensitive to heat and agitation. Discard if exposed to >8 °C for more than a few hours.
- ✓Discard if solution becomes cloudy or contains visible particles.
