Overview

The GLOW Stack delivers the same three-peptide combination as the pre-blended GLOW formulation — GHK-Cu (50 mg), TB-500 (10 mg), and BPC-157 (10 mg) — in separate vials, enabling independent dose titration of each compound. GHK-Cu is the anchor, activating over 4,000 genes involved in collagen synthesis, antioxidant defence, skin repair, and hair follicle regeneration via copper peptide signalling. TB-500 provides systemic tissue repair and anti-inflammatory support through thymosin beta-4's actin-modulating mechanism, promoting cellular migration and angiogenesis. BPC-157 contributes localized healing, gut barrier support, and nitric oxide pathway activation for enhanced vascular delivery. Reconstituting each vial separately allows the researcher to adjust GHK-Cu dosing independently of the repair peptides.

Reconstitution Instructions

1.

Allow all three vials to reach room temperature before handling.

2.

Reconstitute GHK-Cu: draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe; inject slowly down the vial wall and swirl until dissolved. A faint blue tint is expected — this is normal.

3.

Reconstitute TB-500: draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a fresh syringe; inject slowly and swirl gently.

4.

Reconstitute BPC-157: draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a fresh syringe; inject slowly and swirl gently.

5.

Label each vial with the compound name and reconstitution date; refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Use within 28 days.

Supplies Needed

  • GHK-Cu Vials (50 mg): 1 vial
  • TB-500 Vials (10 mg): 1–2 vials
  • BPC-157 Vials (10 mg): 1 vial
  • Insulin Syringes (U-100): 72 syringes
  • Bacteriostatic Water (10 mL): 1 bottle
  • Alcohol Swabs: 144 swabs

Dosing Protocol

GHK-Cu Schedule

Inject 1–2 mg subcutaneously once daily. Rotate sites between abdomen, thighs, and upper arms. For skin-focused research, injecting near the target area is recommended.

TB-500 Schedule

Inject 2.0–2.5 mg subcutaneously twice weekly (e.g., Monday and Thursday). TB-500 distributes systemically regardless of injection site.

BPC-157 Schedule

Inject 300–600 mcg subcutaneously once daily. For localized skin or wound targets, inject near the area of interest.

Cycle Structure

Run all three compounds concurrently for 4–8 weeks, followed by a 2–4 week rest. GHK-Cu may be extended for sustained skin research endpoints.
